Security, Leave It With Us

Your fee includes the choice of leaving your caravan with us securely on site. This simplifies your travel allowing you the freedom to choose when and how you come & go.

Interest Free Monthly Payments

You can choose to pay one lump sum or break it down into twelve interest free payments. We take payment via credit or debit card.

Modern Shower & Toilet Block

No dingy, dark, and horrible toilets! Our new block provides comfort and convenience with well lit and spacious facilities that are regularly cleaned.

Independent Electricity Meters

It’s definitely one of the perks. Each pitch has its own independent electric meter. You pay only for the electricity that you use.

Allocated Parking

Your pitch includes parking for one vehicle with further parking available on demand making your stay even more convenient. Other sites charge for this service, Rose Park Farm includes this in the fee.

YOUR VAN, YOUR PITCH, HOW YOU LIKE IT

At Rose Park Farm, when you rent a seasonal touring caravan pitch, it truly becomes your space to enjoy your way. Open from 1st March to 9th January, your caravan can remain on the pitch for the entire 12 months, giving you the freedom to personalise your area to suit your lifestyle and comfort (within reason — and if you’re ever unsure, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help). 

Easily accessed from the A477 yet peacefully set within the Pembrokeshire countryside, Rose Park Farm is designed for long-stay caravan living rather than overnight pitches, creating a relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere where guests can truly settle in.

*Please note our policies and restrictions in place are designed to protect the peaceful, friendly atmosphere of our site and ensure every guest enjoys a positive and relaxing stay.

  • Sub-letting is not permitted, and the named contract holder must be present during any period of stay in the caravan
  • Rose Park Farm is a dog-friendly site; however, dogs deemed dangerous by the site owner are not permitted
  • While guests are welcome to personalise and decorate their own pitch, we ask that all enhancements respect the site’s high standards and help maintain the overall integrity and appearance of Rose Park Farm
  • All caravans on site are the property of the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain their van and remove it from the site should it fall into disrepair
